Forvia seeks a Process Engineer to manage equipment processes and tooling from order to Run at Rate. You will develop processes using APQP, FMEA and 8D methods, track budget and quality, and communicate with customers with proper documentation.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with two years related experience.
• Proficient level of English.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Cost tracking and economics awareness.
• Working knowledge of Quality systems and HSE.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment process from receipt to Run at Rate.
• Develop processes using APQP, FMEA, 8D techniques.
• Track project status against budget and quality targets.
• Communicate with customers and provide documentation.
• Maintain tooling/equipment documentation and change control.
• Ensure tooling conforms to HSE standards.
• Train operators on new tooling and equipment.
• Implement productivity and quality improvements.
