Amazon's North America Tech Deploy (NA TD) team seeks a driven Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement in deployment of fulfillment center technologies across North America. This role blends technical rigor with project management to deliver scalable solutions that improve safety, quality, and efficiency in technology deployments.

You will analyze deployment data, lead Value Stream Mapping and Lean Six Sigma initiatives, develop SOPs and standard work, and partner with cross‑functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical) or related field.
• 3+ years in process engineering, process improvement, or operational excellence.
• Experience with value stream mapping and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and metrics development to measure process performance.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholder teams and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation for installations.
• Analyze deployment data to identify defects and improvement opportunities.
• Lead value stream mapping and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align standards and best practices.
• Conduct site visits to observe installations and gather VOC feedback.
• Drive corrective actions and manage process deviations across the network.
• Manage escalations and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
