Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in material science, engineering, chemical, mechanical or related degree.
• Less than three years of experience working in composite materials, aerospace manufacturing industry.
• Internship experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Learn and understand process engineering activities across manufacturing, process control/optimization, scrap reduction, and to support engineering trials.
• Recognize and troubleshoot problems in impregnation or batch mixing manufacturing processes.
• Establish and measure process performance standards related to quality, waste/throughput.
• Provide feedback to operational reviews for safety, quality, and cost reduction improvements.
• Assist in investigations and resolve operational non-conformances and customer issues.
