Adecco Portugal is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing or Process Engineer to tackle complex production challenges in an advanced composites environment on the aerospace/defense manufacturing floor in the United States.

The role focuses on carbon fiber, composite fabrication, curing, bonding, and precision manufacturing, with opportunities to improve processes, tooling, efficiency, and quality while supporting prototype development and new product introduction.

Qualificações

• Ideal backgrounds: Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Composites Engineering, or Materials Engineering.
• Experience with carbon fiber, composite fabrication, curing, bonding, or precision manufacturing is especially attractive.

Responsabilidades

• Work with carbon fiber and advanced composite materials to solve manufacturing challenges.
• Improve manufacturing processes, tooling, efficiency, and quality on the production floor.
• Support prototype development and new product introduction across programs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address real-world engineering problems.
