Qualifications

• 0-2 years of process engineering or manufacturing engineering experience.
• Ability to train manufacturing operators on new or revised processes/instructions.
• Willingness to work between manufacturing floor and office/desk.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvement projects focusing on defect rate improvement and model introduction.
• Develop and implement process strategies and optimize current processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive line improvements and countermeasures.
