Job summary

You will develop strategies, manage resources, and optimize current processes within the assembly unit.

The role requires 2–4 years of process/manufacturing engineering experience and a strong ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a chemical/materials/industrial/mechanical engineering discipline or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of process/manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
• Ability to train manufacturing operators on new or revised processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects focusing on defect rate reduction and process efficiency.
• Develop and implement process strategies, manage resources, and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with engineering/maintenance/quality teams to establish standard work and countermeasures.
