Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Process Engineering Analyst to design and enable efficient, repeatable processes in store operations. You will observe current state processes, document opportunities, and work cross-functionally to implement improvements using IDOV and Agile practices.

Responsibilities include analytics, collaboration, presenting results, and in-store walks to map and improve processes across run-the-business and strategic initiatives. This is a full-time on-site role in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ year experience practicing process improvement or internships/co-ops.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile Ways of Working including sprint planning and demos.
• Utilize analytics to provide insight, interpret results, or recommend decisions.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to design, test, and iterate through solutions.
• Present findings through PowerPoint and stakeholder presentations.
• Partner with IT, UX, and business teams to deliver scalable field solutions.
• Conduct in-store Gemba walks to observe current state processes and map opportunities.
