Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Process Engineer 2 to lead small to mid-size project subsets, plan tasks, and deliver actionable improvements in store operations. You will design repeatable processes, observe stores to document opportunities, and collaborate across IT, UX, and business teams, applying IDOV and Agile methods to boost productivity and enhance associate and customer experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field or equivalent.
2+ years experience practicing process improvement.
Experience with Agile or Kaizen methods.
Lean Six Sigma certification.
Cross-functional collaboration and project planning experience.

Responsibilities

Lead small to medium subsets of larger projects and plan tasks to move initiatives forward.
Design and enable efficient, effective, and repeatable processes in store operations.
Spend time in stores observing current state processes to document opportunities.
Work cross-functionally to solve opportunities using IDOV and Agile approaches.
