DP World in Union City, GA is seeking a Process/Industrial Engineer to build, optimize, and transform operations. You will redesign workflows, drive measurable improvements, and influence key operational decisions in a high-performance facility.

As a center of continuous improvement, you’ll lead work studies, develop headcount and labor analyses, and collaborate with Operations, IT, and Project teams to deliver impactful solutions. Strong data- and problem-solving mindset required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or master's in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research or related field.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in process design, optimization, and cost savings initiatives.
• Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Access, Visio, and project tools.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, OMS, or other supply chain systems.

Responsabilidades

• Apply Lean methodologies including line balancing, PFEP, value stream mapping, FMEAs, and control plans.
• Lead plant-level continuous improvement initiatives and work studies.
• Design and optimize facility layouts to improve flow and scalability.
• Develop and maintain headcount and labor analysis tools to support business decisions.
• Conduct engineering studies to align operations with evolving business needs.
• Establish and challenge standard times to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Serve as the go-to expert for capacity planning and process optimization.
• Partner with Operations, IT, Facilities, and Project teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Support capital equipment decisions and engineering project execution.
