Job summary

PacAero in Wenatchee, WA, is hiring Process Engineers to serve as SME and solution providers for critical manufacturing processes. Under Process Engineering Manager, you will solve complex process challenges, drive improvements, and ensure safety while balancing ergonomic and economic factors.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, data-driven decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to high ethical standards in a dynamic aerospace/defense environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; strong communication and collaboration.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; CAD (SolidWorks) with PLM and ERP systems.
• SolidWorks and statistical tools knowledge (Minitab).
• Knowledge of ferrous/non-ferrous metals and alloys.
• Experience with precision machining, electro-plating, laser welding, glass/ceramic sealing, soldering, vacuum brazing.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD, IEEE, ASTM standards; ability to interpret technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all employees to ensure safety and process alignment.
• Adapt work schedule to company needs and attend to on-time attendance.
• Maintain clean, safe, and unobstructed work area; observe safety rules.
• Support process improvements to maximize FPY and reduce CoPQ.
• Assist in development and testing of processes; support design of experiments (DOE).
