Qualifications

• BSc in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial preferred; Food Science acceptable).
• At least one year of production/engineering experience.
• Knowledge of plant operations and packaging/processing equipment.
• Experience writing procedures with cross functional teams.
• Familiar with MPWS, coaching, and packaging/process engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain plant documentation capturing best operating practices.
• Lead standardization of processes and change proposals via MPWS.
• Provide process and project engineering guidance to filling/processing.
• Coach technicians and support startup and cost-reduction programs.
