Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking an engineer to design and implement manufacturing processes and equipment, from pilot to full operation, to meet production goals. The role emphasizes scientific extrusion principles and process control across plant operations.

You will lead process improvement projects, optimize press cycle times, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality in a dynamic packaging environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related Engineering field.
• Work Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Desired: 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing methods consistent with the principles of scientific extrusion and process control.
• Manage plant, equipment, and process improvement projects, as assigned.
• Manage the process to optimize press cycle time and consistency. effectiveness.
• Collaborate with operations, technical and hourly personnel to optimize processes.
• Participate in the selection of processes and extrusion design considerations for new products.
• Promote LEAF and employee engagement activities to create and maintain a positive work environment.
• Lead various scrap improvement activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
