• Lead deployment of projects, processes and procedures to deliver operational projects
• Support Manufacturing Operations, NPD Engineering, Tooling, Marketing and Sales in new product development
• Monitor key projects to ensure scope, timing and budgets are met
• Improve manufacturing methods with scientific molding and process control
• Develop technical standards, training and procedures; coordinate with vendors
