Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks an engineer to design and implement manufacturing processes from pilot to full operation, enhancing efficiency and quality across packaging and supply chain solutions.

You will collaborate with operations and technical staff to optimize extrusion methods, manage projects, and drive improvements while upholding safety and quality standards. This role reflects our rich 1849 heritage and commitment to sustainable packaging and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related Engineering field.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience (Desired).

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing methods consistent with the principles of scientific extrusion and process control.
• Manage plant, equipment, and process improvement projects, as assigned.
• Manage the process to optimize press cycle time and consistency.
• Collaborate with operations, technical and hourly personnel to optimize processes.
• Participate in the selection of processes and extrusion design considerations for new products.
• Promote LEAF and employee engagement activities to create and maintain a positive work environment.
• Lead various scrap improvement activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

About The Opportunity

Design and implement manufacturing processes, equipment and plants (pilot to fully operational) to achieve production goals.
