Job summary

Jabil is seeking a seasoned Process Engineer to lead regional electronics manufacturing process activities across sites in Florida. You will analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize complex manufacturing processes, with a focus on SMT, screen printing, SPI, reflow, and wave soldering.

Qualifications

Minimum seven years of engineering experience in electronics manufacturing.
Significant hands-on experience in Manufacturing Process Engineering.
Experience leading engineering teams or as a Lead Engineer.
Strong expertise in SMT, Screen Printing, SPI, Reflow, and Soldering processes.

Responsibilities

Lead regional Process Engineering activities and solve complex manufacturing process challenges.
Analyze, troubleshoot, optimize, implement, and validate manufacturing process solutions.
Develop and standardize SMT, soldering, dispensing/conformal coating, repair, and other critical processes.
Support NPI and product industrialization from process readiness through ramp-up and stable production.
Create and deploy process standards, automation, Digital Factory, and advanced process solutions across sites.
