Job summary

Jabil is seeking Manufacturing Engineering Technicians with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) experience to support the SMT manufacturing team in Richardson, TX. The role covers documentation, data analysis, and equipment support across all shifts.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in manufacturing, SMT knowledge, and strong Microsoft Office skills, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and tooling design.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• 1-2 years SMT experience strongly preferred.
• MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Create manufacturing documentation (visual aids, process flows, deviations).
• Support data collection, preparation, and analysis for Manufacturing Engineers.
• Assist in SMT equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and calibration.
