Job summary

A leading technology company in Monroe Township is seeking a Process Engineer to support MOCVD process manufacturing activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in MOCVD manufacturing of III-V nitride materials, with a Master's degree in Materials Science preferred. Responsibilities include developing MOCVD recipes, troubleshooting growth issues, and ensuring quality standards in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MOCVD manufacturing of III‑V nitride materials.
• Ph.D. in Materials Science preferred.
• Availability for split-week coverage, including partial weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support MOCVD process manufacturing and engineering activities.
• Develop MOCVD recipes based on device structures and designs.
• Troubleshoot MOCVD material growth issues.
• Monitor and improve equipment performance metrics.
• Ensure all materials meet SPC requirements.
