Job summary

3M is seeking a Process Engineer for Cumberland, WI to drive improvements in safety, quality, service, and cost. You will participate in daily operations, manage MOC changes, perform OEE analysis, and lead CI projects across the Value Stream.

The role requires a engineering degree and 4 years of process engineering experience, with Lean Six Sigma and DOE knowledge highly valued. Some roles may include night/weekend support and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or science from an accredited institution.
• Four years of process engineering experience in private, public, government or military environments.
• Additional qualifications include cross-functional leadership and Lean Six Sigma experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement improvements for safety, quality, service, and cost.
• Participate in day-to-day operations including tier processes, EHS, MOC, and OEE analysis.
• Initiate and lead Continuous Improvement projects across the Value Stream.
• Use statistical analysis and DOE to reduce defects and variation.
• Provide daily engineering support and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
