Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years for MS and 5+ years for a bachelor's of work experience is required.
• Familiar with MOCVD-related safety.
• Experience in process design, optimization, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Perform epitaxial growth of compound semiconductor devices.
• Document growth run & characterization data & processes.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, control, gas flow & vacuum systems.

InP or GaAs epitaxial deposition growth process knowledge of MOCVD
