Job summary

You will work with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to maximize uptime and document growth runs, changes, and corrective actions. A degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years semiconductor process engineering or related manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on MOCVD experience required.
• Background with InP, GaAs, or related compound semiconductor materials.
• Experience supporting production environments, process control, and technical problem-solving.
• Working knowledge of vacuum and gas-flow systems; familiarity with toxic gas handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform compound semiconductor epitaxial growth activities using MOCVD equipment.
• Support process optimization to improve yield, consistency, quality, and production performance.
• Troubleshoot tool, material, and process-related issues across active manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to support uptime and issue resolution.
• Document growth runs, process changes, characterization results, maintenance activity, and corrective actions.
