Job summary

Unilever in Raeford, NC is seeking a Process Engineer to advance our factories toward World Class performance with zero defects, zero waste, and digitally enabled workflows. You will apply FI methods across safety, quality, cost deployment, and logistics, establishing pillar governance, route maps, training approaches, and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience in statistics and process control tools.
• Ability to connect machine interfaces to digital online tools for analysis.
• Experience in AM, PM, Quality and FI tools and processes.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred).
• Confident in applying problem solving tools (5W1H, 4M, 5WHY etc.).
• Experience deploying or supporting UMS pillar routines including governance, route maps, KPI/KAI tracking, project execution, training plans, and cross-pillar collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead FI pillar deployment and cross-pillar collaboration.
• Establish pillar governance, route maps, and training approaches.
• Track KPI/KAI and monitor project delivery to sustain gains.
• Coach line operators in root cause analysis and countermeasures.
• Drive digitalization and AI-enabled insights on the shop floor.
