Job summary
Unilever is seeking a Process Engineer to advance our factories toward World Class performance by eliminating losses, reducing waste, and digitizing workflows. You will lead FI pillar deployment, align governance, route maps, and KPI tracking, partnering with AM, PM, Quality, Safety, and other pillars to deliver measurable improvements.
You will connect machine interfaces to digital tools (DFOS, BuildApp, MES, Cerebra), coach line crews, and apply root-cause analysis and countermeasures to drive
Qualifications
- Statistics and process control knowledge.
- Ability to connect machine interfaces to digital tools.
- Experience with AM, PM, Quality and FI tools.
- Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience (FMCG preferred).
- Proficient in problem solving (5W1H/4M/5WHY).
- Experience deploying UMS pillar routines and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead Focused Improvement pillar deployment and governance.
- Translate the UMS rollout playbook into site routines and training.
- Track KPIs/KAI and monitor project execution across pillars.
- Collaborate with line crews and cross-pillar teams.
- Drive digital transformation and AI-enabled insights.
