Job summary

Unilever Raeford, NC is seeking a Process Engineer to drive World Class performance by reducing losses and waste and moving to digital workflows using DFOS, BuildApp, MES and Cerebra.

You will train line crews, lead focused improvement pillars, and apply AM, PM, Q and FI tools to identify root causes, design countermeasures, and validate improvements, all while enabling AI-enabled insights for better shop-floor decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in statistics and process control tools.
• Ability to connect machine interfaces to digital online tools for analysis.
• Experience in AM, PM, Quality and FI tools and processes.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred).
• Confident in applying problem solving tools (5W1H, 4M, 5WHY etc.).
• Experience deploying or supporting UMS pillar routines, including pillar governance, route maps, KPI/KAI tracking, project execution, training plans, and cross-pillar collaboration.
