Job summary

Unilever North Rocks factory is seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing by eliminating waste and losses, driving improvements and TPM initiatives. The role requires applying AM, FI, RCA and SMED methodologies to reduce downtime and improve process capability across lines.

You will train line crews on technical standards, uphold GMP/Hygiene, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class manufacturing performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG manufacturing
• UMS/WCM or similar lean/TPM methodologies including RCA and FI
• Business acumen and understanding of plant KPIs and finance targets

Responsibilities

• Eliminate Waste and Loss using UMS/AM and FI pillar tools
• Directly responsible for AM and FI pillars in the department
• Run to Standard implementation: data collection, prioritization of losses, problem solving, SMED
• Train line crews on technical standards and restoration of basic conditions
• Upskill line crews in AM and FI tools
• Adhere to GMP hygiene standards
• Support Safety, Hygiene, GMP and Quality initiatives
• Drive 5S standards
