Job summary

CPS Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to join our client, a global life sciences company, near Eau Claire, Wisconsin. You will drive process improvements and support site projects in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include identifying improvement areas, monitoring process data, and managing capital and improvement projects while adhering to Quality, EH&S and Process Safety standards.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering.
• 1–2 years minimum in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing projects.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas of improvement in processes.
• Monitor process data to drive improvements.
• Manage capital and site improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas of improvement
• Monitor process data
• Manage capital and improvement projects
• Perform all tasks in alignment with Quality and EH&S standards
• Follow Process Safety regulations (PSM)

Requirements

• Engineering degree – Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical
• Minimum 1–2 years in a manufacturing environment
• Experience managing projects
• Prefer Lean Six Sigma experience
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus

Salary: $66,000 – $93,000. Full benefits package.
