Job summary

You will lead Lean initiatives, support automation projects, and collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to implement sustainable improvements.

The role requires strong problem‑solving and hands‑on mechanical aptitude, plus experience with Lean/Six Sigma and CAD tools. US-based, on‑site manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma principles and applied problem solving.
• Experience in automation, equipment integration, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and hands-on approach to manufacturing challenges.
• Proficiency with CAD and MS Office; project management experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Process Optimization and owner of the ABC cold forming process.
• Analyze equipment performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Develop standardized work, line balancing, changeover reduction, and ergonomics.
• Drive waste reduction, apply Lean tools, and strengthen process capabilities.
• Lead automation and equipment improvement projects including ROI validation.
