Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Mechanical Process Engineer to join a global manufacturing team in the United States. You will lead capital project planning, develop estimates and technical justifications, and implement plans for capital investments.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, applying AutoCAD, and enhancing process control and equipment reliability to sustain operational excellence across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Capital project planning, AutoCAD, and project estimation experience.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional problem-solving teams and CI initiatives.
• Prepare estimates, technical justifications and implementation plans for capital investments.
• Utilize AutoCAD for design and development of projects.
• Support capital improvement projects and provide engineering expertise.
• Support process control, equipment reliability, and operational excellence across locations.
• Coordinate external vendors supporting engineering services.
• Contribute to capital project planning and on-time, on-budget execution.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and procedures.
