Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2-12+ years engineering experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• 1-10 years of project engineering or project management experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical engineering support for equipment, systems, and processes.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering and leadership to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize downtime and improve performance.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop scopes, budgets, and schedules for capital and reliability projects.
• Coordinate with procurement, installation, and contractors for project execution.
