Avance Consulting seeks an Industrial/Production Process Engineer to create and maintain local production process documentation and drive efficiency improvements at the Fremont site. You will collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to release prints, ECNs and ECOs, and support NPI builds.

The role requires 3–5 years in cable assembly/wire harness environments and strong knowledge of interconnect technologies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in cable assembly and wire harness manufacturing.
• Extensive knowledge of interconnect technologies and products.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain local production process documentation.
• Collaborate with ME, FAE, QE, PC, DCC, and Production teams to improve efficiency.
• Release prints and drawings to Production and Document Control.
• Submit ECNs, DCNs, deviation requests, and ECOs.
• Research supplier component specifications for NPI builds.
• Create SOPs and manufacturing instructions for Fremont production.
• Review labor time and propose process improvements.
• Provide on-site support for production lines.
• Order and manage equipment and tools as needed.
