Job summary

Novozen Healthcare LLC is seeking a Process Engineer – C&Q (Commissioning & Qualification) for a 12-month contract. The position is remote with occasional travel to Indiana, IN.

The role requires leading C&Q activities and coordinating with engineering and plant teams to ensure successful commissioning and startup. The successful candidate will bring deep experience in chemical process startup, a strong background in plant operations, and flexibility to work shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Biochemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 7–10+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, C&Q or facility startup.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing and Process Safety Management (PSM) is preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in a plant environment and supporting shifts when required.

Pay Scale : Anticipated hourly pay range: $50/hr. – $55/hr on W2, depending on experience(DOE)
