Job summary

Shoolin Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to serve as the site technical representative during commissioning and qualification activities. The role can be performed remotely with onsite support as needed for key project events.

The ideal candidate has extensive manufacturing and C&Q experience, preferably in chemical manufacturing and process safety management environments. Travel to Indiana may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical/biochemical/mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, C&Q, or a related engineering field.
• Experience in C&Q and/or facility startup.
• Preferred experience in chemical manufacturing, particularly with process safety management (PSM).
• Ability to work in a plant environment and perform shifts as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Act as the site technical representative during commissioning and qualification (C&Q) activities.
• Provide remote support and travel onsite for project events.
• Support facility startup and related engineering activities.
• Work in a plant environment and support field activities, including shift work.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing and C&Q activities.
