You will work closely with R&D, quality, and suppliers to develop new manufacturing processes, analyze data, and ensure quality output of molded components. Strong collaboration is essential for on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on automotive manufacturing with process development.
• Knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and improve compression-molding machinery and processes.
• Collaborate with R&D to develop new manufacturing processes as needed.
• Analyze manufacturing data and suggest improvements.
• Analyze production and machinery KPIs.
• Ensure quality output of molded components.
• Interact with customers, suppliers, and internal resources.
• Establish parameters for an optimal molding environment.
• Design fixtures and components to enhance production.
• Analyze quality control and correct flaws.
• Create and maintain pFMEA documents.
