Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to develop manufacturing processes for new products and optimize production lines in a plastics molding environment. You will design tooling and layouts using CAD software, and lead continuous improvement through lean methods.

Your role includes troubleshooting PLCs, CNCs, and robots, collaborating with design, fabrication, and QA teams, and ensuring compliant documentation and safety standards. Monday–Friday, on-site in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing with plastics injection molding or similar processes.
• Proficient in CAD software AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo; CAM programming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products aligned with quality standards and production goals.
• Utilize CAD software to design tooling, fixtures, and process layouts.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, CNC machines, and robotics to optimize automation.
• Lead process engineering initiatives to improve cycle times, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
• Prepare schematics, drawings, and process documentation per ISO 9001.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee fabrication of tooling and fixtures using welding, CNC programming, and industrial equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain records of equipment maintenance.
