Job summary

Röchling Medical is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop, implement, and continuously improve production processes. You will collaborate at the interface of Production, Engineering, Quality, and Product Development to support automation, qualification, validation, industrialization, and sustainable improvements in quality, cost, and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience defining and documenting requirements for new automation systems.
• Knowledge of performance qualification and validation of new production processes.
• Ability to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Experience training production personnel for start-up of new systems.
• Ability to collaborate across Production, Engineering, Quality, and Product Development.

Responsibilities

• Define and document requirements for new automation systems.
• Lead performance qualification and validation of new production processes with validation.
• Optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Train production personnel for the series start-up of new systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure technical standards are met.
• Analyze plant data to monitor key process performance and drive improvements.
• Investigate and address bottlenecks to realize efficiency gains.
