Job summary

Searchmasters Inc. is seeking a process engineering leader to drive the introduction of new parts and processes into full‑scale production environments in Millersburg, Ohio.

You will collaborate with technicians to set up molds and troubleshoot rubber injection molding, while developing SOPs for multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Experience in rubber or plastics manufacturing is highly preferred.
• BS degree in Engineering preferred.

Key Requirements
