Our client is seeking a Process Engineer to lead new product introduction (NPI), process development, and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment. This role will partner with Operations, Quality, and Plant Leadership to develop innovative manufacturing processes, support customer requirements, and optimize production performance.
Lead process development and support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept through production.
Develop manufacturing processes, work instructions, training materials, and process documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver surface enhancement solutions that meet quality, delivery, and performance expectations.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and throughput.
Coordinate project plans, milestones, resources, and execution with Plant Leadership.
Support quality initiatives by ensuring processes meet customer specifications and industry standards.
Assist with production planning, process optimization, and critical spare parts programs.
Promote a safe work environment while supporting company safety and quality objectives.
Maintain compliance with ITAR/EAR regulations and customer cybersecurity requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5–10 years of Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement initiatives.
SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD experience required.
Familiarity with NADCAP, AS9100, aerospace, or medical manufacturing quality systems is preferred.
Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to meet ITAR requirements.
