Job summary

JMJ Phillip Group is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, improve production efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across our global industrial operations.

The role applies engineering principles, process controls, statistical analysis, and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methods to develop reliable, cost-effective processes and lead Kaizen projects, equipment trials, and regulatory-compliant improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 2+ years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of project engineering or project management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement, statistical analysis, process controls, WCM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, workflows, and facility layouts to maximize efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Analyze production data, processes, schedules, and costs to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Lead and support WCM, Kaizen, Focus Improvement, and cost-reduction projects, including equipment, process, and raw material trials.
• Apply statistical process control and advanced analytical tools to reduce variation, improve process capability, troubleshoot issues, and maintain processes in control.
• Support equipment installation, maintenance, regulatory compliance, process trials, and implementation of approved engineering projects.
