Job Juncture in Central Iowa is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Leader to own process performance on our production floor. This role demands hands-on engineering authority to optimize RJG Decoupled Molding, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive peak machine effectiveness.

You will mentor technicians, lead continuous improvement, and collaborate across functions. A 4-day work week and relocation assistance are offered to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Injection Molding in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of RJG Decoupled Molding and how to use data to drive quality and efficiency.
