Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a technical authority for a high-visibility role in Central Iowa to optimize RJG Decoupled Molding processes. You will own manufacturing improvements, troubleshoot complex molding issues, and mentor technicians to raise floor performance.

You have 5+ years in injection molding, a track record of data-driven quality gains, and a leadership mindset. The position offers a 4-day work week, 10-hour days, relocation assistance, and a competitive salary of $75k–$100k
