Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Injection Molding, proven on‑the‑floor expertise.
• Strong knowledge of RJG Decoupled Molding and using data to drive quality and efficiency.
• Leadership mindset with ability to mentor junior technicians.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with root-cause analysis.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and cross‑functional collaboration.
