Job summary

KLA Industries in Central Iowa (Newton) seeks a technical authority for RJG Decoupled Molding optimization. You will own and improve injection-molding processes, mentor technicians, and drive quality and efficiency on the floor.

Expect a 4-day work week, 10-hour days, generous PTO and relocation assistance to move to Iowa. Salary ranges from $75k to $100k DOE, with strong emphasis on performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Injection Molding.
