True North Consultants, Inc. is assisting a client in Central Iowa to locate a technical authority who lives and breathes RJG Decoupled Molding and can drive peak performance on the factory floor.

You will mentor the next generation of technicians, own process improvements, and use data-driven methods to elevate quality and efficiency in a high-visibility role. Relocation assistance and a flexible schedule support work–life balance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Injection Molding.
• Strong understanding of RJG Decoupled Molding concepts and data-driven quality improvements.
• Leadership mindset with ability to mentor junior technicians.
• Proven problem-solving skills and root-cause analysis.
