ABB New Berlin, Wisconsin is seeking a Process Engineer to lead multiple production lines and drive standardization and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. You will be empowered to implement smart processes that improve productivity, quality, and capacity while aligning engineering practices with strategic production goals.

You will own the manufacturing processes, documentation, and best practices for current and new products across several lines, monitor line performance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or Related Field.
• Master’s degree, a plus.
• 3+ years in Manufacturing, including lean manufacturing, process standardization, line balance & capacity, PFMEA, and quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and improving line productivity and quality by implementing smart processes.
• Owning the manufacturing processes, documentation, and best practices for both current and new products of numerous production lines.
• Monitoring and improving overall line performance, balance, and capacity while ensuring effective execution of PFMEA, CTQs, and quality initiatives.
