Responsibilities

• Partner with site management and collaborate with the manufacturing and project teams to oversee the implementation of new processes.


• Assist production launches and variation reduction initiatives.


• Provide process and technical support in processing a wide range of thermoplastic materials.


• Ensures new products are \"ready for production\" prior to release with up front input to Tooling,


• Cross functional participation with Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) and ownership of Performance Qualification (PQ).


• Develops and trains production staff in work methods, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
