Job summary
Comar in West Bend, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician to join our growing plastics manufacturing team. You will startup and optimize molding processes, verify validated parameters, and troubleshoot issues to maintain quality and productivity.
This role collaborates with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering and Production to drive improvements, support mold changeovers, and ensure compliant manufacturing with scientific molding principles.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of injection molding process technician experience.
- Strong understanding of molding machines, molds, tooling, and process development.
- Experience troubleshooting part quality defects and process variation.
- Knowledge of scientific molding concepts preferred.
- Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ, validation activities, or regulated manufacturing is a plus.
