Responsibilities

• Assist production launches and variation reduction initiatives.
• Provide process and technical support in processing a wide range of thermoplastic materials.
• Ensure new products are ready for production with upfront input to tooling.
• Collaborate across IQ/OQ; take ownership of PQ.
• Develop and train production staff in work methods, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
