Connect Search LLC is recruiting a Process Engineering Manager for an established manufacturing operation in Butler, WI. This full-time role offers a permanent position with benefits and immediate interview/start possibilities.

The position is 100% onsite with first shift hours, and compensation ranges from $130,000 to $150,000 per year plus benefits. You will lead the process engineering staff, develop and optimize manufacturing processes, and ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met

Qualifications

• Experience leading process engineering teams.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in manufacturing quality processes.

I am lookingto hire a full-time Process Engineering Manager for reputable manufacturing company here inButler, WI(53007).This role will be permanent with benefits and is looking to interview/start immediately!

Pay:$130,000 – $150,000 salary & Benefits

Schedule:1st shift, M-F (8 hour shifts, 7am – 3:30pm)
Remote:No, 100% onsite

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and manage the process engineering staff
• Through deployment of scientific molding principles, develop processes, work instructions, and techniques supporting Installation, Operational and Performance Qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ) and robust manufacture of specific products.
• Ensure process development, validation, and documentation activities comply with ISO 13485 and regulatory/customer requirements where applicable.
• Lead process qualification
• Compile engineering and design.
• Calculate data to develop cost estimates and quotations
• Prepare and validate data for electronic processing
• Develop processes and production standards
• Provide cross-functional technical support
