We are seeking a Process Engineer to drive process performance, productivity and product consistency within a manufacturing environment. This is a hands‑on, operations‑facing role with responsibility for improving processes and resolving issues that impact quality, delivery and customer satisfaction.
Own and optimise assigned manufacturing processes. Improve yield, throughput, process capability and product consistency. Provide hands‑on technical support to operations and troubleshoot production issues. Lead root cause investigations into process failures, deviations and customer complaints. Analyse process data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Work closely with Quality on deviations, investigations and CAPA. Support process changes, scale‑up and technology transfer. Ensure manufacturing processes consistently meet customer specifications. Support the implementation of capital equipment and process improvement projects. Work collaboratively with Operations, Quality, Engineering and customer‑facing teams.
5-9 years' experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a similar role within a manufacturing or chemical environment. Strong experience supporting operations‑facing manufacturing processes. Proven track record improving yield, process capability, productivity or delivery performance. Strong root cause analysis and data‑driven problem‑solving skills. Experience investigating and resolving customer‑impacting quality or process issues. Engineering, Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials or related third‑level qualification. Practical, commercially aware and comfortable working hands‑on with manufacturing teams. TPBN1_IJ
