As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes that support the production of secure, high-quality currency. You will analyze workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall process performance. Working cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D teams, you will help drive innovation while maintaining rigorous quality and security standards. Your technical expertise and problem‑solving skills will directly contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the success of our manufacturing operations.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 – $112,000 annually. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
