Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in enhancing manufacturing efficiencies and implementing process improvements.
• Ability to identify and implement cost reduction strategies by leveraging knowledge of fabrication, tooling, and production equipment.
• Skilled in determining root causes of production failures and recommending effective design or process changes.
• Strong technical expertise in manufacturing and the ability to incorporate new methods for improved operations.
• Experience supervising and training teams while maintaining quality control standards.
• Competent in designing, installing, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and reviewing product designs.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively relay capabilities and schedules across organizational levels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or at least 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Process Engineering.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
